A Croatia wedding planner only makes sense if they live here. We do — between Berlin and the coast, close enough to the venues we recommend to have eaten in them last summer. That's the whole argument, really.

Who we are
Anita Weber-Suk is Croatian and German, based in Berlin, bilingual her whole life. Chris Weber-Suk is German, and has skippered on this coast for years. Together we plan a small number of weddings a year — small on purpose, so no one becomes a booking number.
Bilingual, on both ends
We plan with you in your language and deliver in ours. This matters more than it sounds. Croatian venues, officiants and boats deal with us the way they'd deal with a neighbour, not a foreign agency. That's how details stop being negotiated and start being handled.
Where couples typically marry with us
Anywhere on the coast, but most often on Hvar, around Dubrovnik, in Istria, or on a boat. If you're not sure yet, that's fine — start with the overview or the six venues we keep coming back to in the journal.

Common questions
What does a Croatia wedding planner actually do?
In our case, everything between the first email and the last guest leaving. Venue search, officiant, catering, flowers, photography, transport, legal coordination if needed, and being on the ground on the day itself. You have one point of contact — us — and every supplier already knows what's happening.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Every conversation with you can happen in English or German. On the ground everything is handled in Croatian, which is why things get done quietly and without translation loss.
How is a wedding planner in Croatia different from one at home?
Distance and language. A planner in Croatia takes the parts you can't do from abroad — walking a venue on your behalf, sitting with a chef to taste, driving to a florist — and turns them into decisions you can make from your kitchen table.
How far in advance should we book you?
Ideally twelve to eighteen months out for a Saturday in high season. We take a small number of weddings each year on purpose, so earlier is safer. If your date is close, still write — we'll say honestly whether we can do it justice.
Do you have a fixed price list?
No. Every celebration is different — group size, region, season and the shape of the day change the number more than any list could capture. After a short call you get a transparent proposal with a fixed price.
